OneHealth Go by Vydiant

OneHealth Go helps individuals and families understand and improve their health and manage chronic illness, including comorbidities.

It connects health information from vast libraries of trusted, peer-reviewed scientific, clinical, and biomedical research, including the entire National Library of Medicine. It then delivers clear personalized recommendations, specific to each individual’s health and disease status.

By sharing anonymized demographic information, users get actionable steps for improving health organized by lifestyle factor, backed by 100% evidence-based scientific research.

OneHealth Go helps you manage your health with confidence. It also can help prevent or delay the onset, or abate the severity, of chronic and infectious diseases. Unique to OneHealth, it also allows you to manage multiple conditions at one time.
